New boots purchased
New boots purchased
Returns & RefundsI just got my new pair of work boots and I have to say, I'm really impressed. I had a problem with the stitching on not just one, but two pairs of boots within a three-month period. But you know what? Wolverine stood by their product and warrantied both pairs without any trouble. I really appreciate a company that has my back when I spend a good amount of money on work boots. Thanks for being a great company, Wolverine (Oops, I said it).
Steel-toe boots purchase
Steel-toe boots purchase
Returns & RefundsI bought a pair of steel-toe boots from this company thinking they would fit well, but they were too big when I got them. I wore them for a bit hoping they would feel better, but no luck. When I tried to exchange them for a smaller size, they said no because apparently, size 9 isn't the same for all their boots. How was I supposed to know that when it never happened before? On top of that, they keep spamming me with emails to buy more stuff, but ignore my messages asking for help. This company is a total joke, I suggest avoiding them for work boots.
