DeliveryMy experience with customer service was amazing! I ordered shoes in October as a Christmas gift, but they hadn't arrived by mid-December. I chatted with customer service and they responded really quickly. They checked my order and let me know when the shoes would be shipped, although it was still a while away. I was a little disappointed it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas, but it's alright. Then, two weeks later, I got a surprise coupon for a free pair of boots! I used it and received a $100 pair of boots for free. The customer service was really fantastic!
