ServiceI bought something for 20 bucks, but it was a dud. Instead of dealing with the return process, I gave them a call to let out my anger. Turns out, the customer service rep hooked me up with a refund right away, no questions asked. Their customer service game is next level - definitely got my loyalty now. I'd totally suggest this company to anyone in need of top-notch service.

ServiceMy wife's credit card got used without permission to buy something from here. I called customer service twice, and they helped me figure it out. But they said they'd call me back to help find the person who did it, and they never did.
