Hey, so I brought back a bag in March and they told me everything was good to go for my refund within 3 days. But it's been well over a month now and I still haven't seen that money show up in my account. I've tried reaching out to them a bunch of times but they keep giving me the run-around and not really saying anything helpful. They even tried to make it up to me by offering free next day shipping on my next order, which feels pretty insulting considering the whole mess. Such a bad experience.

I brought back two things for money back about a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund of more than £150. They told me they got the things on April 15th and that I would get my money back in 3 days. But today is May 9th and I still haven't seen any sign of my cash. I've reached out to customer service on the phone and through chat, and they blame it on payment issues in their system. Even though they know I returned the stuff, they're not offering to manually give me my money back. This kind of service just isn't right for a big company like this. It's frustrating to hear that lots of other customers are going through the same thing. The company's lack of responsibility is disappointing and I expect better from a brand that's supposed to be good. I won't be buying anything from them again.

So I ordered two denim skirts online but when they came, they were both too big for me. I ended up returning them and just went to the store in person. The people working there were really helpful and found a smaller size that fit me just right. They even steamed the new skirt so it looked great. It all went down at the store in my town, not the Bath one.
