Ordering was super easy, got some great deals, and found awesome glasses. I finally found the style I've been looking for after going to a bunch of stores with no success. Definitely my new fave spot for eyeglasses.

I bought some new glasses from this company, but when they arrived, they were a bit damaged. I was pretty disappointed when I opened the box and saw a little flaw on the frame. So, I called customer service right away and sent a picture of the damage.

So, yeah, I ordered these really cool glasses online. But when they arrived, they were a bit lighter than what I saw on the website. It seems like they used some kind of filter to make them look extra bright. And the frames are actually hurting behind my ears. I can't wear them for too long without getting sores. I can't even go to a real store to get them adjusted because they're from a small company that doesn't want to deal with liability. Now I have to try to bend them myself and hope I don't break them. But the lenses are awesome - they're progressive and even darken in the sun, which is pretty neat.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how well my progressive bifocal lenses with prisms turned out. The frames ended up being a bit larger than I was expecting, but they were spot on with my prescription. Dealing with prisms in lenses can make things tricky, but Wherelight nailed it on the first shot. I'm grateful for the careful work and skill that went into making my lenses just right.
