Returns & RefundsWeirdly, the delivery showed up way earlier than I expected — nice surprise, honestly. The driver did bring the wrong bag though, and I had to send everything back because support said to return the whole order and reorder. The rep sounded helpful and promised a refund for the first $158, but it's still really stuck in limbo; I keep trying their phone number and it doesn't work, so I've been texting and following up. I mean, I've had worse with other places, so I'm giving them props for speed, but the refund process and follow‑up need work.
