Weedmaps - Reviews and experiences

The signup form just rejected passwords, over and over. I tried for almost three months. I needed the product for chronic back pain after a move, so online ordering mattered. Customer service took ages to respond and when they did it didn't help much. Delivery itself turned out fine though — packages arrived on schedule and were handled with care. So I'm relieved about that. Saved some money though. Still, the account mess and weak support cost time and patience. Won't recommend for a quick, stress-free order.

Overall, I'd keep using it — it actually makes finding deals way easier, even if the stock info is hit-or-miss. The app looks good and navigation is quick, so kudos for that, but often what I click to order turns out sold out and there's no heads-up from the company or the store. They tend to shrug and point at the dispensaries (same dispensaries are flaky too), so you're stuck. Still, compared to other apps I've tried, it's the least painful — just wish they'd fix communication and real-time inventory.
