ServiceI was pretty bummed out about the Sync and Touch vibrators I bought from this company. They crapped out right after the 2-year warranty ended, which sucked because I was hoping they'd last longer. When I contacted customer service, they weren't super helpful and didn't give me the support I was looking for. I'd suggest checking out other high-end toy brands instead.
