I bought a new Moxy vibrator and it didn't work when I got it. The charging light was on but not blinking, even after charging for over 10 hours. When I unplugged it, the device wouldn't turn on, no matter how long I held down the power button. I'm really upset about this since it's my first time buying from them. Hopefully, we can find a solution.

Hey, so I was really excited about this product, especially with my background working in an adult store. But honestly, it was a big disappointment. The connection with the App is terrible, especially if you're a bit on the heavier side. And the vibration levels? So boring, they all feel identical. And to top it off, the silicone skin peeling off? Nope, not for me. I'd recommend saving your money and checking out brands like Femme Fun, Satisfyer, Lovense, or Shunga Intimate Massager line instead.
