CheckoutLet's chat about this whole "customer satisfaction" thing they talk so much about. I decided to snag a lipstick and eyeshadow duo online, thinking it would be a sweet addition to my makeup stash. But man, was I ever mistaken. The website was such a pain to use, super hard to get around, and checking out was a disaster. I had to go through all sorts of hoops to place my order, and it took way longer than it should've. When my package finally showed up, the items didn't match what was shown online. The lipstick was all dried up and the eyeshadow was already crumbled. What a waste of my time and cash! Forget about customer satisfaction, seriously.
