My experience with this online store was such a letdown. The customer service was terrible, they didn't let me know about the import fees in the total cost of my purchase. When I tried to return the items, they told me I had to pay more to send them back. And to make matters worse, the jeans I ordered were supposed to be regular fit but ended up being carrot fit. That difference in the product descriptions is just not cool and shows they're not very professional. The only good thing was the nice packaging of the items.

Eh, so I bought this 300€ hoodie and the tag was partly ripped, eh. Then I had to pay an extra 15€ for shipping, eh. When I tried to return it, they said I gotta pay taxes, duties, and shipping fees all over again, eh. So in total, it would cost me 248€ just to send back this messed up hoodie, eh. The customer service emails they sent me were so rude, like so aggressive and full of themselves, eh. They basically treated me like I'm dumb and like I'm a bother to them, eh. And they wouldn't even admit that their product was defective, eh. After all that, I'm pretty sure this shop isn't even legit, eh.

I recently bought a pair of sneakers from this store and I was really let down by the whole experience. They sent me the wrong size and then charged me a lot for postage when I tried to send them back. When I spoke to customer service about it, they were no help at all and told me I had to pay for all the shipping. It's not fair to make customers pay for the store's mistake. I'm currently fighting the charges with PayPal because I won't pay for their error. I won't be shopping here again and I'll definitely warn others about their awful customer service.

I snagged this sweet pair of sneakers off this website for 201 bucks, eh. But when they arrived, they were garbage quality – they split on both sides. I reached out for a refund, but they were total amateurs about it. They said I had to cover the cost of shipping and the tax they took out from my refund. They only coughed up 93 dollars, which is a rip-off, eh. The customer service folks were rude and useless. I had a terrible time with this online store, for sure.
