Returns & RefundsI bought a game for evenings and it never showed up, even though it said instant delivery. I asked for a refund right away and later even bought a copy elsewhere. Weeks passed. They finally sent a key a month later and then stopped answering emails. No refund, no proper reply. Frustrating — I just wanted to play. Customer service was practically non-existent.
