Long wait for a Steam key
Long wait for a Steam key
DeliveryI bought a Steam code for evening gaming sessions and to play co-op with a friend. I thought it would be instant, so I planned a few late nights around it. That didn’t happen. The key never arrived. Support replied every so often, usually with a short sorry and a promise to send the code or issue a refund. Then silence for weeks. I kept checking my inbox and the order page. I kept sending polite reminders. The responses were predictable and slow. No code. No useful updates. After a few months their replies stopped altogether, and I began to use other games on my library while waiting. I logged into Steam multiple times hoping a code would appear. Eventually a refund showed up, but only after many months and many messages. It felt like a long drag for something that should have been a quick transaction. The product I wanted is still nice — it runs fine on my PC and I would have enjoyed it on weeknights — but the buying experience ruined that. Not great if you need something fast. I won’t risk ordering here again. Slight relief about the refund, but I lost time and trust.
No key, no real help
No key, no real help
DeliveryI never got the Steam key and support was basically useless. I bought Tropico 6, the order status just sat on "Key Requested" for days and then weeks. I sent the order ID and proof of payment straight away, multiple times, and all I got back were automated replies asking for the same info I already provided. After a week I asked for a refund and then waited — more emails, more silence. It’s annoying because the price was okay, but that doesn’t help when there’s no product and nobody answering. I checked other threads and it looks like others have the same slow response problem, so it didn’t feel like a one-off. My advice: don’t use this place if you need something quickly or expect decent customer support. I’d consider them again only if they actually fix communication and delivery; until then I’d pick a different store. Wish they handled refunds faster, that would make a big difference.
Late key, decent game in the end

Deliveryactivation was smooth, the download didn’t choke, and the game actually feels good. Controls are responsive, the visuals look crisp on my monitor and the soundtrack was a pleasant bonus. So yeah, relieved and a bit smug that it wasn’t a scam, but the wait and near-silence from support left a mark. I’m glad it turned out OK and I’ve been enjoying it, but I’d shop elsewhere next time unless the deal is really tempting or I have patience to spare.
Got the key, but not at launch
Got the key, but not at launch
Deliverythey honoured the sale eventually, but this was not a smooth or reliable launch experience. I pre-ordered because I wanted to play with friends over the release weekend and had planned my time around it, so timing mattered. The order showed as "PreOrder Approved" even after launch, then I got an email with a link to the key a few hours later — the link just returned "unauthorized". I tried it a couple times, same result. I mean, it’s a straightforward digital delivery, so that was baffling and annoying. I contacted support twice and opened a refund request because I didn’t want to be stuck waiting, and the only response before the key arrived was someone re-sending the same broken link on Jun 13. After that, silence again until Jun 19 when the licence key finally showed up. So it took seven days from release to get what I paid for. Price was about €80, so not trivial. Small relief when the key worked, but the back-and-forth and the uncertainty made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. If you don't need it exactly at launch this might not bother you, but if timing matters, be cautious. I used to like this shop pre-2022, but this experience made me rethink that. Slightly pleased they eventually delivered, but service and delivery handling were poor overall.
Finally got it, but bring patience

CommunicationI did receive the key in the end, so it worked out — just plan on waiting. I bought a game key and at first everything looked fine on the site, but the key never showed up in my profile and I couldn't change the account email (I don't have access to the original one anymore). That made me nervous, naturally. Support was helpful when they replied, but their replies were slow and spaced out, usually only once a day or every few days, so the whole back-and-forth took ages. After asking them to send the code directly to a different email they finally did include the key in a reply and I could redeem the game. Not ideal timing, but problem solved.
