Double charges, poor follow-up
Returns & RefundsMy bank pinged me about extra charges after I tried to buy metro cards. Orders never completed on their site, but the money left my account. Emails were ignored. Tried asking them to cancel, they didn’t. Oddly, one charge flipped back after a week — surprised me. We send groups to the UK regularly and I won’t risk this again. Site needs a proper fix.
