I recently sent two of my older bags to be refurbished by this company, and I gotta say, the craftsmanship is absolutely stunning. The pricing was competitive and the quality of the work is top-notch. From getting the initial cost quote to sending in the bags, to the timeline for completion and return, my whole experience was really positive. When I got my bags back about three weeks later, I was amazed at how beautiful they looked. The communication throughout the whole process was great, they were always friendly and focused on customer service. My friend had a similar experience with her purchase and bag refurbishment as well. Overall, I definitely recommend their services.
