Product loved, shipping fine, recycling program ended
Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore their products! The shipping was decent and all, but I was super disappointed when they discontinued their recycling program. I mean, now they expect you to bring your old containers to Target instead. Not cool at all!

I just bought some skincare stuff online and it was a total disaster. I ordered it over a week ago and haven't heard a peep about when it's coming. Like, I get that companies get busy, but not hearing anything from them is just not cool. I don't even know if my order has been processed or shipped yet, and it's so annoying to be kept in the dark like this. If you're thinking about buying from them, maybe think again and check out other places for your skincare stuff.
Screwed over
I ordered something way back in January and I haven't heard anything since. I've sent so many emails, but no one has replied. I paid for it, but I haven't received any tracking info or updates on my order. It's so frustrating and not professional at all.
