The battery is a bit heavy but it lasts — after two hours at medium I hadn’t used half the charge. One issue: the charging cable arrived faulty. Customer service was quick though, offered a replacement or $5 credit; I took the cord and it showed up in two days. After some disappointing experiences with other brands, this was pleasantly straightforward — minor hiccup, nicely handled.
