DeliveryI ordered this a while back and the parcel sat with the courier for almost a month — I almost forgot I'd ordered it, annoying. Customer service stepped in and offered to resend, which they did, and I'm grateful. I started using the eye cream a few days ago. Too early to tell if it actually reduces anything, but the texture is nice and that little cooling roller feels great in the mornings. Overall a calm surprise, really.
