Little luxuries, some caveats

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this range — it's become my go-to for mornings and nights. I slap on the face cream in the AM under sunscreen and use the peptide serum at night; together they actually stop my skin from flaking at the desk, which is nice. The eye cream is fine, nothing life-changing. Shampoo gave a lovely lather and calmed my itchy scalp, conditioner makes hair soft. Smells pleasant but sometimes a bit strong. Ordering was straightforward and it arrived on time, I just wish it wasn't a tad pricey.

Small relief in a jar

I ordered this a while back and the parcel sat with the courier for almost a month — I almost forgot I'd ordered it, annoying. Customer service stepped in and offered to resend, which they did, and I'm grateful. I started using the eye cream a few days ago. Too early to tell if it actually reduces anything, but the texture is nice and that little cooling roller feels great in the mornings. Overall a calm surprise, really.

That morning moment

Product

one scent’s a bit strong and the lid isn’t premium, but the upcycled approach and how it performs won me over (and no, not sponsored).

Quiet loyalty

Product

try a sample or patch test, and give a few weeks before judging. Not magic, but consistent. I still make my own balm sometimes, but I keep coming back to their moisturiser. Ordering is straightforward and deliveries were reliable, which helps.

Night cream won me over

Product

I’ll repurchase the night cream, even if I’m still meh about the rest. I needed something after a couple of winters where my skin got flaky and stubborn (and my back was aching from moving furniture so I wanted an easy routine). I was sceptical at first — prices looked high and the marketing sounded a bit much — but the night cream actually fixed the dryness and kept my skin soft into the morning. The day cream is lightweight, so if you’re oilier it’s great as a base, but it didn’t feel rich enough for my drier patches. Shampoo and conditioner are fine, nothing wow — same result as other brands I’ve used. I like the eco-friendly packaging and the company’s idea, but hate subscription pushes and wish they had refill options. Overall I’d recommend trying the night cream; it converted me from doubtful to pleasantly surprised, even if I’ll be picky about the price next time.
