Pricepleased with the product itself — truly — and surprised and disappointed by the way the online side was handled. Mildly shady, frankly. My tip to others: take a quick screenshot before you hit buy, and double‑check the cart total. I might shop in that store again, maybe, because the piece is lovely, but I’ll be very careful online — and honestly, expect better from a brand with that level of craftsmanship.
