OverallI recently bought a tactical backpack from this website and, gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. The ordering process was kinda confusing – the website layout was all cluttered and it was tough to find what I needed. The service wasn't great either, had some issues with my order that took forever to sort out. The price was decent for the quality, but I was hoping for better customer service for what I paid. Plus, the delivery took way longer than it should have, which sucked 'cause I needed the backpack for a trip coming up. Overall, not impressed at all and probably won't shop from this website again.
