Returns & RefundsHonestly I was on the fence before buying — a couple hundred bucks made me think twice and I wondered if it was hype. I used it for months and actually saw some small, real changes which surprised me, so the doubt started to fade. Then the glasses cracked and that stopped my progress; annoying they weren’t covered by warranty. Since I had to pause I can’t say for sure what the long-term results would be, but the tech itself feels promising. I’ll give it another go, and I hope they toughen the build or extend warranty.
