it actually works — after two or three uses a lot of hairs didn’t come back, and the ones that did were finer and took ages to appear. The cooling tip is legit and it’s not painful, which was a relief. On the downside delivery was slow, tracking was messy and customer service was slow to reply. They did eventually sort a missing adapter after a couple emails, but yeah, it took time. Price seems fair compared to clinics, just be ready for a bit of a hassle with shipping/support.
