I had this problem with my old compostable phone case and I contacted customer support for help. They were super quick in getting back to me and dealt with the problem really professionally. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful they were. With a customer support team this awesome, it's hard to have a bad shopping experience here.

The customer service at this store is absolutely terrible. I ordered a phone case, and believe it or not, they sent me the wrong one not just once, or twice, but three times! They tried to make it right by sending free replacements, but guess what? Yup, they got it wrong every single time. It's mind-boggling how they could mess up such a simple order.

I copped the Airpod Pro case back in April 2020 and was pretty stoked about it until the clasp gave out 14 months down the road. But get this - when I reached out to the company, they hooked me up with a free replacement even though it was past the warranty period. Plus, I've been rocking their phone cases for years now and they never let me down.

I just bought this phone case that said it was military-grade and super tough. But after a few weeks, it started falling apart at the edges. I reached out to the company for help, sent in all the paperwork they asked for, but they said wear and tear wasn't covered. Despite all the hype around kevlar, the UAG case totally let me down when it came to keeping my phone safe from cracks. I've got a military background, so I figured kevlar would be the bomb when it came to durability. But my phone still got wrecked within 6 months of normal use, even though the warranty promises a whole year of protection. The customer service wasn't all that helpful either, saying there wasn't much they could do. I was pretty let down by the whole thing, especially given how much I shelled out for it. Turns out, the most expensive option isn't always the best one. Don't waste your money - go for a different brand that actually does a better job of protecting your phone.
