I'm really disappointed with how the M1 Pro and Max MacBooks aren't compatible with Bookarc in the UK. It's been almost a year since they came out, and there's still no inserts available. It's frustrating to see a company selling a product without giving us the accessories we need to use it properly. It feels like a joke and a big disappointment for loyal customers like me. I was hoping for better from this brand, especially since they're known for quality and innovation.

The stuff I ordered weren't even worth the high price I forked over for 'em. The quality was just awful, and I was let down by how the item fit me. When I tried to send 'em back, I couldn't believe I had to foot the bill for return shipping. And to top it off, the customer service was no help at all, just made me even more frustrated. All in all, a terrible experience that I wouldn't suggest to anyone.

I bought an iPhone case and it fell apart in less than a year. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement, but that one also fell apart within a few months. I'm pretty disappointed with the lousy quality.

I would recommend saving your money and going with a company that values quality and sustainability, like ones that use vegan leather.

I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase. The item I got looks nothing like the pictures on the website. The colors are off, the material is not what was stated, and the overall quality is way worse than what I've gotten before. As someone who's been using leather wallet cases for a long time, I was really looking forward to trying out this new product from this company. But, after using it for a year, I'm really disappointed with the quality. The leather hasn't held up well at all, even with just regular use. Compared to my previous cases, this one has fallen apart and looks awful. It's obvious that the quality has gone down. Unfortunately, I won't be buying any more cases from this brand in the future. I was surprised to find out it's made in China, which might explain the bad quality. On the bright side, the packaging was really well done and reminded me of Apple's packaging. But, the high price of the product doesn't make up for its poor durability and performance.
