CommunicationI just had a problem with something I bought from this company, and I was pretty disappointed to see that there's no phone number for customer service. It made it really hard to deal with my issue quickly. I had to only use email, which caused even more delays and made me even more frustrated. Not having a phone number for customer service is a big mistake and a hassle for customers.
