I almost backed out before hitting buy — I had read a bunch of sketchy takes online (some of them seemed like paid posts, who knows) and that put me off. But I needed the gear and decided to give them a shot. The order process was simple, payment went through fine, and the item arrived in about the time they quoted. Packaging was decent, product matched the description and worked right away. Customer support answered a quick question in a friendly, real way (not canned). Not saying it's perfect — I still wonder about their supplier consistency — but compared to other places where I've had real heartbreak, this was a breath of fresh air. Would use them again, overall pretty happy, and reasonable prices too.

Price felt a tad high and the packaging was basic, but honestly I'm relieved and pretty happy it worked out.
