CommunicationI sent TV Store Online a couple of emails asking about a costume I wanted to buy. But darn it, I never heard back from their customer service folks. I gotta say, that really got me feeling annoyed and let down. Companies really need to step up and make sure they're answering customers' questions in a timely and useful way. I mean, come on, they gotta do better than this!
