ServiceSo I bought some clothes from this company not long ago and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. The stuff I got was okay quality-wise, but man, their customer service was brutal. I had ordered five things, but only four showed up, and they didn't really keep me in the loop about what was going on. And to top it all off, the sizes were all wrong because they used US sizes instead of the UK ones I asked for. Total bummer, eh?

ServiceWhen you're buying in bulk, it's better to go through a wholesaler instead of dealing directly with the company. The customer service they offer is usually pretty terrible and not very helpful. It's just easier to work with someone in the middle who can take care of any issues that come up while you're making the purchase.
