I just wanted to talk about my recent tire purchase experience. At first, I was drawn in by the low prices offered by the company, but unfortunately, things didn't go as well as I had hoped. I got a set of 4 tires, but when I got them put on, they didn't meet the expected standards. The customer service person I first talked to didn't seem to know much and it was pretty frustrating. But once I spoke to someone who knew more, things got easier. I sent the tires back with all the right paperwork and after a few weeks, I was told my refund was in progress. But I was kind of bummed to find out they docked $150.00 for shipping and handling, so the final cost of my tires ended up being way more than I thought. In the end, what looked like a great deal turned out to be a pricey lesson.

I had such a bad time buying tires from this company. I thought they had the tires I wanted in stock, but turns out they didn't have any at all. It took forever for me to get my money back, and they kept telling me the tires were coming when they never did. It felt like a total rip-off and getting a refund was such a hassle. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tire, so I had to cancel my order on the weekend. I was happy to receive a response on Monday morning letting me know that my order was canceled and I would get a full refund. It was a smooth and quick process that I really appreciated.
