Tirebuyer - Reviews and experiences

My experience with this company has been so frustrating, eh. I placed my order and booked an installation, but then I didn't hear anything from them at all, eh. No confirmation email, no reminders, zilch. I only remembered my order because I took a screenshot of the confirmation page. When I tried to reschedule, it was a pain in the backside, eh. Multiple phone calls, promised appointments that never happened. The lack of communication and follow-through has really made this whole thing a letdown, eh.

My time dealing with that company was so annoying. I was all pumped to get these tires I ordered, but then it all turned into a major hassle. They delayed my order not once, but twice, and didn't even bother explaining why. The customer service I got was a mess, they weren't helpful at all, just made everything worse. And to top it all off, the guy installing the tires told me they were already on before I got a heads up from the company that they were delivered. It was a whole ordeal, lemme tell ya.
