Returns & RefundsOrdering from this place was a total nightmare. The website was all messed up, the payment system kept messing up, and I waited forever for the confirmation email. When my order finally arrived, the shirt was the wrong size and the tie was a totally different color than what I picked online. I had to go through the hassle of returning the items and wasted both time and money. Customer service didn't really help when I tried to talk to them about it, so I'm never shopping here again.
