ProductStarted off excited, but the item arrived crammed in a thin plastic bag — not great for something I paid a fair bit for. Customer support was friendly and quick, delivery fast, so overall I'm okay. I'd prefer sturdier packing next time, it feels sloppy otherwise, to be honest, and that's annoying.
