Totally worth it — the coat fits perfectly and the whole process was smooth. I hesitated because it was pricey, ordered last month, got lots of updates and had it within a week. Initially sceptical, very pleased.

At first I was fed up — box smashed and hoodie wrapped in paper with dust, looked awful. After brushing it off and trying it on I realised the fabric and fit were nice. Relieved, especially after bad experiences elsewhere.

Overall fine, but I wanted more product details. Ordering and tracking were clear and the packaging was solid, so no complaints there. Still, include exact size/colour notes — shoes vary by model. I guess I'll double-check measurements soon.

I was unpacking when I realized the jacket I ordered for winter was stuffed into a tiny bag, the wrong colour and missing the liners and hood clips it usually comes with. I needed something warm, my back gets stiff in cold, so I messaged support and, yeah, it was a bit bumpy at first. A day later they emailed a return label and sent a replacement overnight with extra gloves. That's when I felt relieved.

Started off excited, but the item arrived crammed in a thin plastic bag — not great for something I paid a fair bit for. Customer support was friendly and quick, delivery fast, so overall I'm okay. I'd prefer sturdier packing next time, it feels sloppy otherwise, to be honest, and that's annoying.
