Lunch-timed surprise

Delivery

Spotted these on a friend's Instagram story and thought, hmm - perfect for our anniversary. I sent them to her work around 1 pm; figured delivery would be late but they turned up right when she got off. The roses feel plush and full, a few petals dinged (no biggie). I even told a co-worker.

Not what I expected

Communication

Halfway through making coffee I remembered my sister's Instagram tip about Million Roses and, honestly, I hesitated — price looked too good to be true, I half expected a box of socks. They arrived quick, updates kept me in the loop, petals fine though box was a bit squashed. Not perfect, but I’ll order again.

Package stuck in Budapest, missed my event

Delivery

I wouldn't trust them for time-sensitive orders. My parcel was held up in Budapest because the sender didn't include the customs invoice, and the courier was waiting on the company for ages. Phone lines went nowhere, I emailed repeatedly — they did reply eventually but far too late. Didn't save my night. Had to reorder from someone else for an engagement party. I've had better service elsewhere; this felt sloppy, disappointing. At least they answered, though.

Pretty, with a couple small things

Product

stems were a touch shorter than I'd hoped and the arrangement sat a bit tight, so I had to fluff it out. Service was friendly and on time. Would order again, maybe ask for longer stems next time.

Not worth the risk

Delivery

don’t order here — I paid for a discount that vanished at checkout and paid extra for shipping, yet I still have nothing. I bought roses for our anniversary and had planned it into my usual weekend routine, so this was annoying. The parcel is apparently stuck in Budapest and delivery never happened. Customer support ignored my messages for a week. On the bright side the site was easy to use and the product photos looked accurate, so I opened a PayPal dispute and I’m trying to get my money back that way.

Surprisingly good, with a few notes

Overall

I didn’t expect to be this pleased. The bouquet showed up faster than I thought it would, and that was a relief — I had it on the kitchen table by mid-afternoon. They were packaged well, not flimsy at all, so no squashed petals. I use fresh flowers as a little daily lift, for my morning coffee and my home-office background on video calls, and these actually brightened the whole week. The scent was gentler than I imagined, not overpowering, which was a nice surprise — it didn’t give me a headache and still filled the room just enough. Customer service was solid too. I had one small question about delivery timing and they replied within a day, polite and to the point. Only thing that bugged me a bit was the price; it’s on the higher side, so I’ll think twice before ordering weekly. Also, there was a tiny mix-up with the expected colour, but they fixed it without drama, which I appreciated. Overall the quality is clear and they seem to care about presentation. They could cut back on extra wrapping though — felt a bit wasteful. Would I buy again? Yep, especially for special occasions or when I want to impress someone. It’s a reliable option if you value fast delivery and decent service, just be ready to pay a premium.

A little surprised, but it grew on me

Product

Right after I took them out of the box I thought, hmm, cardboard vibes — they felt stiff and had that faint paper smell. Still, I propped them in a little jar on my desk and kept messing with them all morning. Up close you can tell they’re not real, but from a few feet away guests did a double-take, so that was kind of nice. They’re easy to move, don’t droop like real stems, and I actually liked having something low-maintenance that brightens my kitchen counter each day. Not perfect, but glad I went for it — pleasantly surprised, honestly.
