Returns & RefundsTech For Less sent me the wrong laptop model and the price was way off from what I paid. I sent back the wrong one right away, but they wouldn't give me the right one or refund. They even had the nerve to threaten me and try to blame me for their mess-up. They're saying it was just an "honest mistake," yet they clearly sent me the wrong thing. It's crazy how many other people have had similar "honest mistakes" with them according to reviews I've seen online.
