I picked up my wedding dress and at first I thought, oh no, not packaged well. But when I opened it up, it was all good. Maybe I was expecting a fancier package, but the important thing is the dress is great quality and really affordable. It fits me perfectly and I didn't even need to customize it. I also made sure the veil and dress were the same colour since I bought them separately, and they matched perfectly. I absolutely love my veil, the colour is just perfect. I can't wait for the big day! I kinda wish I had asked to make it off-shoulder because I'm not a big fan of spaghetti straps, but it's all good, just my personal preference. Hey there, so I decided to order three brown wigs with some nice gold highlights from this company, but man, was I ever let down! First off, the shipping took forever and I had to keep bugging them for updates. When the wigs finally came, I couldn't believe it - they weren't even close to what I ordered! Instead of those beautiful brown wigs with gold highlights, I got three salt and pepper wigs that looked pretty shabby and cheap. I tried talking to customer service to sort things out, but they were no help at all and didn't even say sorry. Overall, dealing with this company was a total nightmare - I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
