TBDRESS - Reviews and experiences

Oh, I got these boots ages ago and still haven't received them. They keep saying they'll ship them soon, but they never do. They also promised me a refund, but now they're telling me it's gonna take even more time. And to top it off, their pictures are fake and stolen from other companies! I feel like such a victimized customer 😡

I placed an order on March 18th and it's been over 6 weeks, but I still haven't received it, eh? Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I have not received any reply, ay. The order status on the website remains unchanged since the day I made the purchase. I ordered multiple items and only trusted this site due to recommendations from influencers, which now seem suspect, y'know? Sites like this should not be allowed to operate, eh!

I gotta say, I was really let down by my experience with this online store. I ordered a telescope from TBDRESS, but then I saw that the name had changed after I bought it. Even though I got a confirmation email, it took a whopping 21 days for the telescope to be sent all the way from China to some random spot in Florida, which isn't even close to where I live. I reached out to customer service right away to get this sorted out, and after a few emails back and forth, they promised me a refund. It's just so frustrating to deal with all this, especially when I was so excited to get that telescope. And now that the product has disappeared from both websites, it just seems sketchier.

I ordered 2 separate orders of powdered eggs from this company back in October 2022, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my products. It has been almost six months since I placed my order, and TBdress has not reached out to me regarding the status of my delivery or refunded me for the missing items. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from this company. Is anyone from TBdress reading this? Please help me get the resolution I deserve.

I ordered something about 4 months ago and still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting customer service many times through email, but haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they're not communicating. That lack of transparency is not okay and makes me feel like I wasted my time and money on the order. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them if you want your stuff on time.
