Returns & RefundsI bought an eye cream at a fancy shop when I was on vacation for $130. But after using it for a few months, the pump broke and I couldn't even open the lid. I got in touch with the company and they said my bottle was an old version that had been improved since. I was hoping for a replacement or a refund, but they couldn't do either. So now I'm pretty bummed out considering how expensive the eye cream was. The customer service and quality really let me down.
