Tata Harper - Reviews and experiences

I've been a big fan of this brand for a while now, but I have to admit, my excitement is fading. The import taxes for Europe are way too high, and I can't see myself paying so much just for shipping. And on top of that, the packaging details have gone downhill. My last order didn't even come with the promised "gift with purchase," and when I reached out to customer service, they couldn't send another one because of shipping costs. To make matters worse, the discount code they gave me as an apology was expired by the time I got to use it. It really felt like a letdown after I had just spent a lot of money on their products.

I bought a bunch of stuff from this brand recently and I have to say, I really like the ideas and designs they come up with. But man, they're way too expensive! Out of the six things I got, only one really blew me away. The others were just okay - nothing special in terms of quality or how well they worked. I don't mind paying more for something that works great, but I think some of the stuff I got just wasn't worth the high price tag.
