And get this, when I realized I had ordered the wrong size shoes in another order, the customer service team was on it right away to help me out. They even hooked me up with a discount code for a replacement without any fuss. I really loved the customer service I got from Tactics and I'll definitely be back soon for some protective gear. I recently ordered two pairs of shoes from a website, hoping to try out two different sizes. Unfortunately, there were issues with my order and it didn't show up when it was supposed to. When I contacted customer service for help, the person I spoke to was really disrespectful and made me feel like I was lying about not getting my order. The conversation went on for a while with slow responses, and all they said was, "hopefully we can fix this." It wasn't very reassuring. The lack of responsibility and help from customer service was frustrating and made me doubt if I should order from this site again. It's clear that Tactics.com needs to work on their customer service and focus more on making customers happy.

The customer service at this store is just so annoying. They went ahead and canceled my order without even bothering to explain why, and then had the nerve to email me saying I gave them the wrong details, which is totally not true. Dealing with them was such a pain, and you can bet I won't be coming back here.
