So, I was trying to get these splitboard bindings, ya know? I put in an order and got an email that said everything was good. But then, like, they never even charged my card! So I waited and waited, like 3 weeks went by and still nothing. And then when I reached out to support, they told me my order got canceled because it seemed sketchy or whatever. But, like, why didn't they just let me know? And now those bindings are all sold out. Ugh, it's so frustrating.

That was honestly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a pair of skate shoes, but the company decided to send my order to their fraud department for who knows what reason. They sent me an email saying I had to call a specific number with my order details to confirm my purchase. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails, but got no response at all. Ended up losing $75 with nothing to show for it. I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money on this website.

I recently had a really disappointing experience with my purchase of snowboarding goggles from Tactics. Even though I got confirmation of the order, the goggles never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they told me the order got nixed because the shipping address and billing address were different. The person I talked to didn't seem to care and wasn't very helpful, they didn't offer any real solutions except for me to just start a new order from scratch. The lack of communication and problem-solving was super frustrating, especially since I was in a rush to leave for a snowboarding trip. I had no choice but to go on my trip with my old, beat-up goggles. I tried reaching out to management for help, but haven't heard back from them yet. All in all, I was really let down by Tactics' handling of my order and I'd recommend others to think twice before shopping there.
