Returns & RefundsI just bought a snowboard jacket online from this company and the return process was a huge letdown. They only gave me back half of what I paid for the jacket, all because they claimed there was an issue with the packaging. But I followed all their return rules and the jacket was in perfect shape. And on top of that, they slapped me with an extra $10 charge for the return. It seems like this company is trying to pull a fast one, they really should be checked out for their shady ways.
