DeliveryI ordered some Christmas presents and was looking forward to getting them in time for the holiday. Unfortunately, they never showed up. I contacted customer service and was surprised to hear that they were away on vacation until January! How does a business take time off during the busiest shopping time of the year? Finally, when I asked for a refund, it was done promptly, but there was no follow-up from customer service or even an apology for the inconvenience. I might have liked the products, but I won't be buying from a company that doesn't prioritize good customer service.
