Servicedelivery was delayed and there was unnecessary extra hassle, customer service was slow and robotic at first, but ultimately they corrected the error when pushed. I’d tell a friend: expect to double-check customs details, save your payment receipts, and be ready to nag support if something looks off. If you value speed and zero fuss, this isn’t ideal. If you’re willing to follow up and keep records, it’s workable — especially during big sales. Not thrilled with the initial handling, but ended up satisfied enough that I’d consider ordering again, cautiously.
