In daily life it meant temporarily switching to backups, stretching out other jars, all the little inconveniences. To be clear: not all orders go wrong, and when the products arrive they generally integrate into my routine without drama. Still, the customer service side makes me pause before I place anything big. I’d recommend trying smaller orders first, or being prepared to escalate if tracking stalls. Overall useful brand, usable products, but patchy support and delivery reliability.

ask if shipping is DDP or DTU before buying. Until they fix that, though, I'd be cautious.
