My recent experience with this website has been really disappointing and frustrating. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but my most recent purchase didn't sit right with me. I used to get a 10% discount on everything, but out of nowhere, they took it away without even letting me know. And to make matters worse, they made a mistake in their system and ended up canceling my whole order without telling me why. It's like they think they can do whatever they want without caring about us customers. The way they treated me was disrespectful and shady, and it's just sad to see a company act like that.<br><br>But, to be fair, after I complained, they did deal with it quickly and tried to make things right. It shows that they do care about us customers to some extent, but their initial actions were still not okay.

I absolutely love getting my makeup from this place! The website is so easy to navigate and if there's ever an issue, they always respond quickly and are really friendly. I've been shopping for makeup here for years and all their products are legit!
