ServiceI hesitated to order since I've had messy deliveries before, but took a chance. At first I got my wife's pairs instead of my size 10-11, like four repeats, annoying. Customer service sorted it quickly though, so my doubts faded — relieved.

ServiceI ordered on Feb 7 and got a single email with a tracking number. It showed some tracking updates then suddenly nothing, later it said fulfilled but no delivery. I've messaged their support a few times and heard nothing back. Lost about $48 — annoying. Honestly wouldn't recommend ordering from their Facebook page until they sort out customer service, FYI.
