Saw Canpar as the delivery option during Springer's checkout and thought "that's fine" — I shouldn't have assumed. Ordered the book on Dec 12 because I needed it to prep for a course I'm teaching next week. For weeks nothing, calls and chats to support got no reply, useless. (Update) It finally showed up on Jan 7 in the evening but they left it at the wrong suite, right by the door of someone else. Spent a day coordinating with neighbours to track it down. I'm relieved it eventually arrived and a bit annoyed — wouldn't recommend Canpar for time‑sensitive stuff.

There isn't really much to say about it, the buying process was simple and uncomplicated. The package showed up right on schedule and it was all in mint condition. Can't really ask for anything better than that!
