OverallI used to really enjoy shopping here for outdoor gear, but I have to say, the quality of the products and customer service has really gone downhill in the past few years. It's pretty disheartening to see a company that used to be so great take such a nosedive. It's clear that things have taken a turn for the worse, and it's tough to have confidence in this website for good quality products anymore.
